After agreeing on the project details, sign the pre-construction agreement to start planning the design and layout. Once the design is set, we’ll start the estimating process, creating a budget and assigning allowances for different finishes and selections
Once we align on the project scope, we’ll manage the permitting and project planning. We help you choose your preferred materials and fixtures, such as flooring, countertops, and cabinetry, with guidance from our design team and local vendors.
We’ll finalize the budget and create a detailed timeline, breaking the project into phases with specific costs and deadlines. We provide a dedicated project manager, daily logs and offer an optional call or office meeting once a week. Our designers and vendors remain available throughout the build, ensuring a smooth and collaborative process from start to finish.
