Luke Roark is President of Commonwealth Contractors. A Virginia native, he began in the field and built the company on a straightforward belief: know the work, speak plainly, and take responsibility for the result.

Commonwealth undertakes additions and renovations, historic preservation, and historic tax credit rehabilitation and adaptive reuse projects across Virginia. Luke remains involved from the first conversation through completion, working with clients, architects, consultants, and skilled tradespeople to see that the work is understood early and carried out properly.

The approach is simple: respect the building, make decisions early, price the work honestly, and stand behind the result.
