Forrest Lakes Full Home Renovation Featuring Acacia Wood Floors and Custom Exterior Upgrades

This complete interior and exterior remodel in Forrest Lakes updated every surface and system of the home. Inside, new acacia wood flooring, marble tile, and butcher block counters created a warm, modern aesthetic. Outside, green Hardie® board siding, a carport slab with retaining wall, and custom concrete work delivered fresh curb appeal and added functionality.

Interior Upgrades

• Installed acacia wood floors throughout the home
• Remodeled the master bathroom with white marble tile floors and a built-in shower
• Added a coffee bar with acacia butcher block counter
• Renovated the kitchen with a white Swan Stone sink and matching acacia butcher block counters
• Mounted flat LED ceiling lights in every room

Exterior Upgrades

• Applied green Hardie® board siding with black board-and-batten accents
• Poured a 13-foot by 19-foot concrete slab for a carport and built a 25-foot Cambridge Stone retaining wall
• Created a custom square concrete walkway to the entrance
• Installed a square concrete slab for a hot tub
• Added a secondary electric breaker panel for the hot tub and Tesla charger
• Replaced all windows and doors with new units
• Clad entryway walls and ceiling in sapele wood finished with Danish oil
• Installed new gutters, soffits, and fascia across the house
