Rockfish Wildlife Sanctuary Project

At the Rockfish Wildlife Sanctuary, we’re proud to lend a hand to an organization that plays a vital role in rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing Virginia’s native wildlife. Our team worked on-site to help improve their facilities, ensuring they can continue providing exceptional care to animals in need.

As part of this project, we:

• Built quarantine rooms specifically designed for baby raptors, raccoons, and possums, creating safe, sanitary spaces for their recovery.
• Addressed and repaired drain line issues to improve site functionality.
• Worked around the inevitable challenges of wildlife—including a curious possum we encountered on-site—reminding us why this work matters.

This project reflects our commitment to giving back to the community and supporting organizations like Rockfish that care for Virginia’s critters. By enhancing their infrastructure, we help ensure they can continue their mission of protecting and preserving local wildlife for years to come.
