Construction Techniques:

• We refinished the existing roof on the property.
• We relaid the front porches’ hardwood flooring, waterproofed, and redid the railing.

Future work:

• We have everything mapped out to restore this property, and are scheduling out the phases for interior work with the property owner.
• National registry and state landmark site
• CWC performed preservation work on the entire exterior of the building
• Currently mapping design plans for 2026 interior renovations
