Lake House Exterior Renovation with Custom Portico, A‑Frame Porch, and Azek Decking

We recently completed a full exterior renovation for a beautiful lake house, transforming it into a showpiece of craftsmanship and lakefront living. Our scope included building a custom portico, sealing brick walls, adding an A‑Frame porch, and constructing a multi‑level deck system that connects directly to the water.

Custom Portico with Flagstone Detailing

At the front entry, we designed and built a custom portico to enhance curb appeal and protect the entryway from the elements.

Brick Wall Sealing with Romabio

To protect the home’s masonry and refresh its appearance, we applied a Romabio mineral-based coating. This eco-friendly finish not only seals the brick but also allows it to breathe, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to moisture.

A‑Frame Porch Construction

We built a stunning A‑Frame porch overlooking the lake, designed for relaxation and year-round use. The ceiling features tongue-and-groove boards, adding warmth and texture to the space.

Multi‑Level Azek Deck with Water Access

The back of the home now features a large Azek deck designed for entertaining and easy lake access.

• Atlantis cable railing system for unobstructed views
