Stoney Point Whole-Home Remodel Featuring Custom Marvin Windows

This full home remodel in Stoney Point completely reshaped the front façade and interior layout. Work included reframing a 50-foot front elevation for a custom Marvin window glass package, reinstalling the original brick, enclosing a porch, and updating interior walls to bring extensive natural light and new views of the pastures and pond.

Exterior Upgrades

• Demolished the existing front wall, removed all brick, and reframed the 50-foot elevation to receive new Marvin window packages
• Installed the custom Marvin window glass package and a custom door setup
• Added a new waterproofing layer and subfloor tied into the existing floor
• Reinstalled the existing brick façade

Interior Reconfiguration

• Enclosed a small porch area to expand conditioned space
• Removed and reframed interior walls to adjust the footprint
• Opened the front of the home to deliver more natural light and clear views of the surrounding pastures and pond
